"When will I get better?" This is a common question anytime someone is ill, injured, or otherwise not feeling well. The question speaks to the human experience and the need to feel something other than the discomfort. There can be an assumption that when we feel good, we are also good enough; and when we feel bad, we are not good enough. The truth is: 1) We are allowed to feel whatever we feel 2) We can cultivate our thoughts to benefit our health3) We are truly free in spiritLet's unpack that further.

The lymphatic system is vital for draining inflammation as well as clearing debris and toxins, including infection. It works via a network of vessels that carry a fluid called lymph. This fluid is filtered in lymph nodes. Lymph fluid is also rich in infection-fighting white blood cells. Effective lymphatic drainage can help balance a person’s immune response.  What can decongesting the lymph do? - Decrease inflammation-  Open up airways while encouraging the drainage of mucus-  Relieve sinus congestion-  Ease tension in the diaphragm-  Relax the body and mindIn Part 1 of Decongesting the Lymph, I'll go over various exercises and therapies to help your lymph flow better. Also, check out these simple head and neck exercises demonstrated by my friend and colleague Dr. Lilia Gorodinsky: https://youtu.be/G3mZwa0lEKY?si=TobomdZrXdr8xbtc

Hi everyone,One of my main missions is to normalize talking about the most important things in our lives. Because if we hope to live deeper, more meaningful lives, we must take the steps to do so. This has everything to do with health. We are all seeking connection — with ourselves, with one another, with the earth. That connection is the light that keeps us going. It impacts our health and mood. Studies have shown that secure relationships increase our happiness and longevity by about 50%. So, what are we waiting for? What do people avoid talking about important topics? For this 200th episode of The MultiDimensional MD, I’m going to explore this question and also go over some ideas of what to do about it.

We all have so much potential - more than we are accessing at any given moment. That is why EVERYONE is a healer or can be. In this episode, I'll outline why that is, starting with - the Double Slit Experiment and Quantum Physics- the importance of consciousness- how your body is a living pharmacy- how your thoughts can shift your physiology- and how you can charge your body with healing messagesplus, an announcement at the end on School of Stillness.

How has the end of summer been for you? Flying by? Slowing down? Recently, I've started thinking about Einstein's theory of relativity again and what that has to do about health. I first read about the theory of relativity in a high school physics class. It made such a big impact on me, because I started to see the universe in a much bigger way. Here are some things I will forever reflect on.- One, not everything is as it seems. - Two, perspective matters.- Three, time is relative.- Four, energy and mass are interchangeable because everything is energy. (E=mc2)I love weaving in and out of these more esoteric topics and helping make them more practical and tangible for people.A couple weekends ago, I had another revelation about time that I'll share with you in the podcast.Come join me for this fun, brief episode on the theory of relativity.

MY NEW BOOK, I AM Intuitive - A MultiDimensional Guide to Embrace Your Inner Light, is NOW AVAILABLE! See allworldspress.com---Cross-lateral exercises are movements that cross the midline of the body. They help connect the right and left sides of the brain by sending signals across the corpus callosum, which is the major bridge between the hemispheres of the brain. There's abundance research that cross-lateral movements helps with calm, focus, coordination, cognition, learning, and creativity. I'll recommend cross-lateral exercises regularly, especially if someone is having difficulty in any of these areas. In this episode, I'll read an excerpt on cross-lateral exercises from my NEW BOOK, I AM Intuitive: A MultiDimensional Guide to Embrace Your Inner Light. There are many examples of simple cross-lateral exercises. I'll go over some common ones here, from small movements that can be done at work or class, to bigger ones to do at home. Taking two minutes twice a day to incorporate cross-lateral movements into your routine can make a huge difference.Lots of love,Dr. Arlene DijamcoThe MultiDimensional MD---Thanks for watching my YouTube channel and podcast The MultiDimensional MD! Have you found yourself saying I’m sorry a lot? Or do you know someone that tends to say "I'm sorry" even if it's not necessary? Anytime there’s an imbalance, I like to look at it in order to understand ourselves better because the stuck place is also where the healing is. So, today’s episode is part of my practice of normalizing conversations about difficult topics so that we can process them, move forward and grow.0:00Introduction2:566 Reasons for Over-Apologizing9:04Reflection to help process and understand old programming11:21Identify triggers12:09Determine when a real apology is needed14:11Reframing language toward gratitude
