Turmeric is a superfood spice that can help us in so many ways. It has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been of great interest in modern medicine as well. Turmeric's vibrant orange color clues you into its phytonutrient health benefits, including anti-inflammatory, cognitive, and immune benefits. In this episode, I'll go over,- potential health benefits of turmeriec- dosing and how to use it- precautions- a few easy recipesWith love,Dr. Arlene Dijamco

"When will I get better?" This is a common question anytime someone is ill, injured, or otherwise not feeling well. The question speaks to the human experience and the need to feel something other than the discomfort. There can be an assumption that when we feel good, we are also good enough; and when we feel bad, we are not good enough. The truth is: 1) We are allowed to feel whatever we feel 2) We can cultivate our thoughts to benefit our health3) We are truly free in spiritLet's unpack that further.
