In this week's meditation, post-concussion syndrome came up... these are a constellation of signs and symptoms that can linger after a concussion.Sometimes, the effects will be obvious with immediate headache and dizziness. Other times, the effects will be more insidious, occurring over time. Wow, so much can happen in a week. Over the weekend, I was at an annual medical lecture series that was named after my Dad.I come from a family of physicians. My mom is an anesthesiologist, my dad a nephrologist, and my uncle and grandfather general practitioners.During the war, my grandfather had saved a baby from a pregnant woman who was severely injured. I remember in his last days, my grandfather was still reflecting on, "I wonder what happened to that baby..." One small act could have such a ripple effect on another life...Even after his retirement, my Dad continued looking for a way to give back to people in need. He spent the last eight years of his life dedicated to researching cancer treatment with nanotechnology, which has the potential to be effective, affordable, and non-invasive. Even though he has crossed over, researchers all over the world are continuing with this research and it will likely see fruition in the next decade or so if not sooner. Althougth he has already crossed over, my Dad has continued to be with me for this journey over the last few years.And that's part of why today, I'd like to share an excerpt from my book I AM Intuitive: A MultiDimensional Guide to Embrace Your Inner Light.We're going to jump to the last chapter of the book, Chapter 11, on my dream for healthcare.There is so much more to say than what I said in this video, but this is an overview, and it all starts with Love and Kindness.I'll also go over steps to look for a multidimensional, holistic, and integrative physician (besides me!) Happy Wednesday!How's your week been?  I've been at the beach on vacation with my family.
