For some reason I was called to share with you some ways that you can maintain the energy of your space - whether your home or office or other space you spend a lot of time in. To me it is a regular part of self-care. Then, the space that you live in can take on a more healing vibe.Here are other times you might consider energetic space clearing:- You’ve had a major life transition (death, divorce, new baby,new home, or other shift ) .- You’ve felt stressed out or anxious and can' t relax at home.- You feel like you are sharing the space with another presence.- The air in your home feels heavy.- You don’ t feel more relaxed when you get home.- You are having t rouble sleeping due to unease.- There always seems to be something wrong with the house —more so than expected for normal house maintenance.- Your neighbor keeps bothering you.
