"When will I get better?" This is a common question anytime someone is ill, injured, or otherwise not feeling well. The question speaks to the human experience and the need to feel something other than the discomfort. There can be an assumption that when we feel good, we are also good enough; and when we feel bad, we are not good enough. The truth is: 1) We are allowed to feel whatever we feel 2) We can cultivate our thoughts to benefit our health3) We are truly free in spiritLet's unpack that further.

The lymphatic system is vital for draining inflammation as well as clearing debris and toxins, including infection. It works via a network of vessels that carry a fluid called lymph. This fluid is filtered in lymph nodes. Lymph fluid is also rich in infection-fighting white blood cells. Effective lymphatic drainage can help balance a person’s immune response.  What can decongesting the lymph do? - Decrease inflammation-  Open up airways while encouraging the drainage of mucus-  Relieve sinus congestion-  Ease tension in the diaphragm-  Relax the body and mindIn Part 1 of Decongesting the Lymph, I'll go over various exercises and therapies to help your lymph flow better.
