Ep. 64 - Transforming Worry and Grief: Lessons from Mushrooms - The MultiDimensional MD

This week I’ve been noticing a lot of what I call “worry grief” in people - it’s this nervous anticipation of the future and a missing of what was. That missing can be different for different people - perhaps you look at your past as a beautiful time. Or maybe it was a difficult and exhausting time for you, so beautiful in a different way because somehow you made it through. Here, I’ll share with you my recent experience with mushroom foraging and what I learned from it in terms of new perspectives and addressing the worry grief.
