This September, there seems to be a fog in the air. I've seen so many people lately concerned about being in a brain fog for various reasons. When you're in a fog, you can feel spacey, it can take more energy to think, you feel easily distracted, and it takes longer to do regular things. It's like your brain is glitching. In this video, I talk about things that can contribute to brain fog and ways to lift it.
