Ep. 32 - 3 Key Messages from Multiple Sclerosis - on The MultiDimensional MD

This is a special episode where I get to talk to my dear friend Janet Walsmith about her journey with multiple sclerosis and 3 key messages she learned along the way. It is all about living life fully. My Dad did that and I feel that talking about this topic is important just as much for me as for you. He had passed just two days prior to this recording. I know it may sound crazy for me to have done this scheduled video anyway, but it was a way for me to honor these important aspects of life that he stood for as well as to help me process this momentous transition. And what a feel-good way to spend my time by talking to a beautiful friend who shines inside and out. I hope that our little discussion here helps you in some way.
