Ep. 174 - Olfaction, Emotions, and Intuitive Smell with Dr. Jim Gaydos - on The MultiDimensional MD
Hi everyone!
Each week, I'll meditate on a topic to talk about, and today I thought we would discuss olfaction and how it relates to emotions and intuition. We don't always realize how important our sense of smell is until it is affected by a virus like COVID-19 or a physical injury. You can also use your sense of smell to learn about your emotions and possibly stuck stress or trauma patterns. Joining me in this podcast is my friend and colleague Dr. Jim Gaydos, who is an osteopath and co-teaches courses with me. He has an intuitive knack for smell and he'll share some of his stories with us as well.
Join us for this podcast if you or someone you love has experienced
- anosmia or altered sense of smell
- food addictions
- stress or anxiety
- memory issues
or are highly sensitive or are interested in intuitive development.
