Ep. 168 - Emotional Freedom and Health
In my meditation this week, the topic of Emotional Freedom came up.
This is a juicy lifelong concept that we will never finish discussing.
I know that many people shy away from dealing with uncomfortable emotions, but we free ourselves when we are able to just BE.
There's a flow state we can access, where you are surfing those ups and downs. And just like when you get really good at surfing, you don't mind the big intense waves as much.
Emotional freedom also lets your body breathe and your cells sing!
So, in today's podcast, I'll be unpacking the topic of Emotional Freedom and how to shift to access more of it.
