Each week, I meditate on what to talk about on this podcast. Recently, the theme of emotional safety came up. Kids not feeling safe to be themselves. Partners feeling like they can’t share with each other. Boundaries being invaded.
Emotional safety is vital to healing on a deeper level.
Emotional safety is also something that we can create and nurture, both for ourselves and loved ones.
With all that is going on in the world, it’s important to take the time to check in with how you are feeling so that you can process and flow with life and all its emotions.
