This week, the theme of "reclaiming your body" came up.
It might be important to reclaim your body if
- you keep struggling with the same kinds of illnesses
- you're having a hard time moving forward
- you feel like your body feels confused
- you don't feel connected to your body
- you tend to feel clumsy or trip on things
- you tend to have aches or pains
- you get frequent infections
- you often feel spacey
