Ep. 154 - Training Yourself Not to Worry - The MultiDimensional MD
This is a recurrent question that parents, family members, physicians, and patients ask me: "How do you not worry?'
Well, of course, it's not that I never worry. However, I've practiced the art of "not-worrying," so that I can relax into the present situation even if it's stressful.
This kind of practice is a moment-to-moment state of being, rather than an end-goal to achieve.
In this video, I'll go over some ways I coach myself into releasing worry and stepping into a more feel-good state of being.
