Ep. 153 - Understanding Food Cravings and Addictions - The MultiDimensional MD

This week when I sat down in meditation, I was called to talk about Food Cravings and Addictions.

This is a continuation of a discussion on Blood Sugar Balance and metabolism in Ep. 151 and a MultiDimensional Approach to Weight Loss on Ep. 141.

What are some signs of food addiction?

Overeating past the point of fullness (body-mind disconnect)

Feeling guilty about eating

Repeating behavior

Hiding eating

Unable to change eating despite harm

There are some key hormones and biochemical pathways to understand.

Then, we will expand on the perspective to include the energetic. 

The more you understand about yourself, the better equipped you are to address your health and take care of yourself. After all, your body is a precious home for your soul for your entire human life.
