Ep. 152 - A MultiDimensional Approach to Mental Health - The MultiDimensional MD
Yesterday, I sat down in meditation and had multiple topics I was considering. The one that I was called to talk about the most was on mental health.
If you or a loved one is
- struggling with mental health issues
- feeling excessive sadness, anxiety, or depression
- having recurrent thought loops
- experiencing obsessive-compulsive behaviors
- feeling paranoid or panicked
- or otherwise feeling stuck

After all, you are not just a body, not just a mind, not just spirit. You are a human BEing, and it is the alignment of all of those layers that helps you feel balanced.
