Ep. 105 - How to Worry Less - on The MultiDimensional MD
In the last few days, I've seen multiple people with high stress and worry that's started to impact their physical body in noticeable ways, including high blood pressure, headaches, and irritable bowel symptoms.
There’s are global worries piled on top of personal ones. Those with more highly sensitive or empathic constitutions seem to feel the weight of the world more even when they are not necessarily experiencing any major life challenges directly. It’s also not all about what you’re going through but how you are experiencing it.
Most people have at least a handful of worries a day. It's OK - sometimes worry tells you what to tend to. The important thing is worry does not have to take over your life. Knowing how to worry less can help your multidimensional health - body, mind, and spirit.
